Our program means much more than doing hundreds of sit-ups every day! All of the exercises that we apply during the training sessions are used to assess and correct muscular imbalances, muscle weakness, and limited range of motion.

The F.I.T. The F.I.T. Clinic training sessions incorporate exercises that are tailored to suit the individual. We believe that a combination of sport specific exercises and conditioning. Functional training has been long known to yield greater benefits than the traditional body-building methods, using extremely heavy weights. We recreate daily movements and strengthen the muscles involved in those movements.
