You want results? That takes work. That takes commitment. There are no miracles - this is a joint venture. To get a different result, you have to “do” something different from what you’ve always done. Or else you’ll continue to get the “same” results that you’ve always gotten! In order to be accepted into the program, prospective clients must be willing to: - Engage in a training program with John personally At least “twice” a week for a MINIMUM of 12 weeks. One a day week is pretty much useless. Of course, it’s better than nothing. But to get real results, a minimum of two sessions a week is necessary.
- Be prepared to give up (or least significantly cut down) on caffeine, alcohol, wheat and processed foods (anything in a can or pretty packaging) for AT LEAST the first 30 days of their program.
- Trust is very important. You must follow John’s advice and guidance WITHOUT QUESTION for the first 30 days of their program. Don’t get me wrong, it’s important to ask questions - that’s encouraged. But you must follow the program to the letter for it to be successful.
- Put forth 100% effort and commitment during your limited time together with John. We all have so called “bad days”, but don’t loose sight of your goal(s), and be prepared to work toward them and surpass them every week.
These prerequisites are all or nothing. Plain and simple. John will not negotiate on any of these terms. They’re all or nothing.
Please understand this is done for a reason. It’s for you to be successful, to prevent you from “wasting” your money or feeling disappointed by not achieving your goals.
At € 95 per session, John is easily one of the most expensive coaches in the country and would not have anyone waste that money due to lack of commitment on their part from the start of the program.
