Let me be honest here. Personal training is just that - personal. It's about teamwork. That makes me very selective with whom I work with - you should be as well. I don't want to waste your time, or mine. So if
you're "serious" about being coached and improving yourself, then give me call or send me an email, and let's see if it makes sense to work together.

Semi-Private Training:

Semi-private training is much like one-on-one personal training, just as fun, but much more affordable. Circuit and interval training is the general training format and workouts are designed to maximize fat loss,
weight loss and body sculpting. Maximum of "three" clients are allowed for semi-private training.

Program design with regular updates (€150 value each)
